Job Responsibilities:
This is Entry level job.
- Quick learner of new products and troubleshooting skills
- Pre sales support: CCTV system design, Customer-facing product presentation thru webinar or visit customer’s company.
- Feel comfortable to talk to customer face by face and work independently to host training events
- Great team member and able to share the knowledge and work with other team member
- Provide technical support via phone or email
- Use remote software to troubleshoot the issue
- Document and research all inquiries or problems in ticketing system
- Test cameras related products and management software
- Assemble HDD to recorder
- Assist RMA process
- Able to travel to customer site to do the training or troubleshooting (could be local or out of state)
Ideal candidate
- Background in video surveillance, CCTV, or IT Networking
- No Experience is fine
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical and technical audiences
- Proficiency with computers
- Excellent problem solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Able to travel occasionally both local or within North Americas
